 Clay is an associate with the firm and he focuses his practice in the areas of toxic tort cases and matters involving products and premises liability. During his legal career, he has represented clients in cases involving the Deceptive Trade and Practices Act as well as various environmental issues.
Clay is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Texas District and County Attorneys Association.
He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and South Texas College of Law. Clay Fostel was born in Kermit, Texas and was recently married.
