Robert focuses his practice on toxic torts with an emphasis on representing victims of chemical exposure and defective pharmaceuticals with cases in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Illinois. In addition to his experience in state courts, Robert has extensive experience in lititgating cases in Federal Multi-District Litigation. A native of Port Arthur, Texas, Robert earned his undergraduate degree in 1994 from Lamar University in Beaumont. He received his J.D. from South Texas College of Law where he was on the Dean’s List and a member of Phi Delta Phi honor society. Robert is married and has two children. Robert is admitted to practice in Texas and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
