McKenna Harper is an associate in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Section. McKenna’s practice focuses on securities fraud litigation, business tort litigation, and contract disputes. Additionally, McKenna has extensive experience in litigating the enforceability of non-compete agreements and defending defamation actions. McKenna received a B.A. in History from Trinity University in San Antonio. She received her Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, in Norman, Oklahoma. She is a member of the Houston Bar Association and the Houston Young Lawyer’s Association. McKenna is admitted to practice in Texas and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
